How we ship across Australia and how long it takes.

We ship Australia-wide with tracked delivery. Most orders arrive within 3–8 business days, regardless of state. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is in the post.

Free tracked shipping on orders over $160 AUD. Under that, a flat $9.95 AUD fee applies — same rate for every Australian state.

Australia only, for now. International postage adds cost, customs friction, and slower returns — none of which we want to deal with as a small operation. Maybe later.

Our 30-day, no-restocking-fee return policy.

30 days from delivery to return anything for any reason. Items need to be unused with tags attached. No restocking fees. Email us first so we can match the return to your order.

Once we receive and inspect the bag, refunds are processed within 3 business days. Card refunds can take a further 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank.

For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return postage. For faulty items or anything damaged in transit, we cover it — just send a photo and we'll sort it.

About the bags we carry.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after use. Store in a dust bag. Avoid prolonged sun and water. See our full leather care guide for details.

Some are, some are premium PU. Look for the Genuine Leather badge on the product page — material is always listed in the product specifications too.

We're a curator, not a manufacturer. We source from designers and suppliers we trust, and offer the bags at honest prices. We disclose materials and origin on each product page where we have it.
