01 How we ship
Every order ships tracked, Australia-wide. Same arrival window for every state — we don't list ten different speeds because there aren't ten different speeds.

02 What you'll get
A tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is in the system. If something looks off (no movement after a week, marked delivered but not received), email us and we'll chase it.
03 We don't ship internationally
Australia only, for now. International postage adds cost, customs friction, and slower returns — none of which we want to deal with as a small operation. Maybe later.
01 The quick version
30 days from delivery to return anything, for any reason. No restocking fees. Refunded once the item is back with us in resellable condition.
Email us
Reply to your order confirmation or write to hello@lbsessentials.com with your order number and what you'd like to return. We'll send instructions within a business day.
Pack it back up
Use the original packaging if you can. Tags should still be attached and the bag in the same condition you received it.
Send it back
Drop at any Australia Post point. We don't currently cover return postage on change-of-mind returns — but it's a small cost.
Refund issued
Once we receive and inspect the bag, we refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Card refunds can take a further 5–10 days to appear depending on your bank.
02 Exchanges, always free
Wrong colour? Different style? Exchanges are always free — we cover return shipping and shipping on the replacement.
03 Lifetime repair
If your bag develops a fault, send us a photo. Within the 30-day return window we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Outside that window we can recommend trusted leather repairers in Australia.
