Our approach · What we can actually control

Honest about
what we are

We're an online boutique — a reseller, not a manufacturer. We don't run factories or audit supply chains. What we can control is selection, packaging, returns, and how we treat customers. Here's how we do that.

How we work

Four things
we actually do

No claims about supply chains we don't run. No vague "sustainable" language we can't back up. Just the practical stuff that's in our hands as a small online shop.

01

We curate, not overstock

We pick a tight selection of bags rather than carrying everything available. Fewer SKUs means less inventory sitting unsold, less rotation through clearance, less waste at the end of the road.

02

Honest product photos

The photos on our product pages are what the bag actually looks like. No heavy retouching, no colour shifts. Reduces returns from "didn't look like the picture."

03

Plain packaging

Standard cardboard outer, paper wrap, dust bag if the supplier includes one. No oversized boxes for tiny orders. No extra plastic for the sake of presentation.

04

Returns we take seriously

Returned items get inspected and either re-listed (if perfect) or marked down clearly (if used). We don't quietly destroy unsold returns — that's wasteful and we're a small enough operation to handle them properly.

Thirty-four pages of the good and the uncomfortable. Emissions audit, factory audit summaries, repair breakdown, customer lifetime data, and the three things we got wrong this year.
